Today, our
sons, Michael and Paul along with their wives, Lucille and
Sheila manage the day to day operations. Additionally,
Michael is our Pitmaster responsible for smoking all meat
products and Paul is our Kitchen Chef responsible for all
our homemade sides including our Signature Sauce and
Brunswick Stew. Sheila manages the Dining Room and
Lucille is our Pastry Chef responsible for all of our
homemade desserts. What started out as a Mom and Pop
business has expanded as a true family business even
including a third generation with our Grand Daughter, Nicole
who waitresses and works part time at our Customer Pick-up
window.
Our other
extended family includes all our capable friendly employees
who work so hard to take care of our customers and ensure a
truly satisfying dining experience. Come visit us in
our new 3000 sq .ft. building with seating for 100 and a
new pick up window for call-in orders. Mickey Piggs
continues to grow in order to better serve you, our valued
customer!
